Very sad news that two college students from Taiwan were killed in Japan. Another student from Taiwan was declared a suspect. This may be an ongoing news item.

Well, at least the important aspect of the election is defined. However, there is a quote from the KMT and not the DPP.

I’m not sure if this will make a difference in the elections since it was released so close to election day. I do think it is significant in the broader scope of Taiwanese politics.
